Will my personal information be confidential?

Information that is provided by you to Sally's Spell website is stored on secure servers, and any card details and passwords are confidential and not available to any of our employees. For more information regarding your data protection and security please read our Privacy Policy.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer Gift Cards. However, we are open to the idea of doing so in the future so make sure to check in regularly and sign up to our newsletter for any updates regarding the website, products and brand.

 

Do you offer a PRO discount?

We don't currently offer a PRO discount. However, this is something we are looking to do in the future.

 

I am a Beauty Blogger, does Love Spell do any makeup sponsorships?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently do any product sponsorships at the moment.

 

How do I contact your customer service team?

What should I do when I have forgotten my password?

If you are a registered user and have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot password?” in the login page and enter your email. You will receive a new password to use for your account. In the case of not finding an email in your inbox, make sure to check your email junk folder. You can always change and reset your password after logging in through your account page.

 

How can I edit my account details?

Once you have signed in, and in your profile page, click on the “Edit Profile”button. You will then be able to update your details through this page.

 

How will I know that my order has been confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your order has been successful. However, your order will only be confirmed after your payment and all delivery details have been approved though the payment gateway. You should then receive another email to inform you that your payment has been processed and your order is confirmed.

 

I have not received my order, what should I do? 

If you have not received your order, please make sure to contact our customer service team through the contact us or directly on our customer service email on Info@SallySpell.com

 

What is your returns policy?

All sales are final and we do not accept any refunds or exchange. If the products you have received are damaged, please contact us at Info@Sallyspell.com within 4 days from receiving the order with an attached image of the damaged product and making sure to include your order number so we can trace it back.
